Bicycle Construction Kit High Bi-metal

A high bi is an early type of bicycle with a very large front wheel and a very small rear wheel. The pedals of a high bi are attached directly to the axle of the front wheel. To get a reasonable gear, the front wheel must be large. The leg length of the rider is the limit.

The kit consists of metal sheets from which you carefully cut the parts with a pair of cutting pliers. You then fold the parts together, as it were. These kits are a perfect miniature of reality. The material and the size of the miniature make it an exciting challenge for model builders from 14 years old.

The aluminum building plates from which the parts have to be cut out with a pair of wire cutters are thin, which requires precision and patience to build. Each part has a clip or a slot, with which you attach the parts to each other. The final result is beautiful. All miniatures, including this one, have beautiful details and are an exact copy of reality.
We recommend these kits for ages 14 and up, but younger experienced builders are also welcome to give them a try!
